Steel Mace: Tidal Flow


I named this flow 'Tidal" due to the shifting / swaying of weight and energy.

Once you have the pattern down, apply activations, I typically rip on the archer and lateral lunge and crush on the gravedigger, but experiment and go where the energy takes you.

PATTERN LEVEL: ADVANCED

Stages of the Tidal Flow

  1. Reverse lunge 360
  2. Lateral lunge
  3. Gravedigger to lunging archer
  4. Top switch
  5. Lateral lunge

Work hard but within your limits and most importantly have fun when you workout.
