Medicine Ball: Quick Combo Workout

A quick combo workout using a medicine ball. Start with 10 x Riders Then move into 10 x Defenders  After that it's 5 x Shrimp Bridges, making sure to do each side Then 10 x Side Gorillas to Grappler's Lunge Work hard but within your limits and most importantly have fun when you workout.

4 Rounds • Rotational gorilla's x 10 • Side gorilla - grapplers lunge x 5/5 • Back roll - iguana - gorilla x 2/2 • Inch worms x 10 • Typewriters x 10  • Kicksits x 10 Do what you can, substitute movements where needed. Work hard but within your limits and most importantly have fun when you workout.
